A federal magistrate judge praised the settlement administration in the $30 million Novartis antitrust case, commending Angeion Group for its diligence and sophisticated fraud prevention.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Stewart Aaron concluded that Angeion’s claims process “has integrity and has been carried out in a diligent and thorough manner.” His report highlighted Angeion’s advanced fraud detection program — incorporating artificial intelligence, behavioral analysis, IP monitoring, and email verification — as both prudent and necessary in identifying and preventing tens of thousands of fraudulent or duplicative claims.
