Lenny Izzo
Lenny Izzo is Managing Director, Corporate Bankruptcy at Angeion Group, where he leads Donlin Recano, the company’s Corporate Bankruptcy division. He is responsible for growth strategy, client relationships and commercial performance, with a focus on expanding Angeion’s capabilities in corporate restructuring administration.
Lenny brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling legal services, information services and technology-enabled businesses. Prior to joining Angeion, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and later Interim Co-CEO of LRN, a leading provider of corporate compliance and ethics programs, where he led a significant commercial transformation.
His career also includes leadership roles at LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters and ALM. As President of ALM’s Legal Media Division, Lenny led a portfolio of prominent legal brands, including The American Lawyer, The National Law Journal, The New York Law Journal and Law.com. He also previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at education technology provider Watermark.
In addition to leading Angeion’s Corporate Bankruptcy business, Lenny partners with the company’s General Counsel on internal governance practices, drawing on his experience in ethics and corporate compliance.
Lenny holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia. He previously served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Armor Corps, with assignments in Germany, Bosnia and Kuwait.
