Rizo-Lopez Foods, Inc.

Rizo-López Foods, Inc., a California-based dairy products manufacturer, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court. The filing allows the company to continue operations while it restructures its financial obligations under court supervision.
