Mark Okean

Mark Okean is Chief Financial Officer at Angeion Group, where he leads the company’s finance organization and supports Angeion’s continued growth. He brings extensive experience guiding private equity-backed, growth-oriented businesses through transformation, operational improvement, strategic transactions, and successful exits.

Before joining Angeion, Okean served as Chief Financial Officer of ALM Global, a $150 million information services, media, and events business. In that role, he led global finance and accounting and directed financial planning, M&A, capital investments, accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and risk management. He also led the financial aspects of ALM Global’s successful $500 million-plus sale.

Earlier in his career, Okean held senior finance and business leadership roles at Time Inc., Condé Nast, TV Guide, West Coast Green, and Times Mirror Magazines.

Okean holds a BSBA in Finance from Boston University.
