Case Works and Donlin Recano & Co. are now Angeion Group
Jade is Vice President of Group Actions at Angeion Group, where she works with law firms, funders, and stakeholders to deliver responsive, cost-effective solutions for collective redress. A qualified lawyer, notary public and mediator, with international experience across the group litigation lifecycle, Jade understands the commercial pressures and regulatory risks faced by claimant firms—and partners with them to scale their impact, promoting rigour, reputation, and client-care.
Jade held senior leadership roles at a global group litigation firm where she led multiple NOx emissions cases, developed portfolio strategies, and created client acquisition models, across environmental and consumer claims. She played a central role in building high-volume claims infrastructure, embedding cross-border collaboration between legal, technology and client service teams, and growing some of the largest group actions on record.
Her legal training began in the human rights sector; as a clerk to the Chief Justice of South Africa—where she worked on policy and constitutional issues including access to education, socio-economic rights, and gender justice. Exposure through roles in NPOs, public interest and start-up organisations continues to shape Jade’s interest in tools that improve transparency and access for claimants, while supporting the business models that make those cases viable.
Jade holds a BCL as the Weidenfeld-Hoffman, Chevening Scholar from University of Oxford, a Diploma in Organisational Leadership (with Distinction) from Oxford’s Saïd Business School and is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, as recipient of the Scholarship for Women. Her ambition? To transform how group claims are conceived, built, and delivered—through innovative legal practice and inclusive leadership at the intersection between private law and public accountability.
Combining strategic thinking with practical empathy, Jade enjoys helping firms translate legal excellence into process excellence—through smarter data tools, more engaging client journeys, and robust delivery mechanisms that stand up in court and scale in the real world.
Jade works from the premise that integrity is not negotiable—even when everything else is, and believes that justice is more than an outcome, it is a daily obligation.
