Edward Calderon

Edward Calderon is an accomplished operations leader with more than 40 years of experience in back-office operations. He has held roles at Citicorp, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley, ING Barings, and Nomura Securities.

Calderon has experience handling both foreign and domestic securities and previously served as a corporate actions manager. His expertise spans prime brokerage, proprietary trading, risk arbitrage, retail, and capital markets. He is recognized for identifying and mitigating business risks and implementing related operational initiatives.

Calderon has been a member of SIFMA’s Corporate Actions Division since 1989.
