Cara Braslow

Cara Braslow serves as General Counsel of Angeion Group, where she leads the company’s legal function and provides executive-level legal leadership across Angeion’s operations. She supports the company’s continued growth, strengthens compliance and risk management, and ensures legal rigor across Angeion’s administration of complex legal matters.

Braslow brings more than 20 years of experience as an in-house corporate lawyer across public companies, private equity-backed businesses, and privately held organizations. She has led legal, regulatory, and compliance functions in highly regulated environments and served as the primary legal resource for global business lines operating at scale.

Earlier in her career, Braslow held senior in-house legal roles supporting complex, multi-jurisdictional operations, advising executive leadership on corporate governance, complex commercial arrangements, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives during periods of growth and organizational transition.

Braslow holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from Vassar College.
