This position works Monday – Friday. Fully Remote. 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and spearhead the creation of precise job postings.
  • Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to engage and captivate top industry talent.
  • Proactively source potential candidates using a variety of innovative channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Conduct detailed resume reviews, perform initial candidate screenings, and coordinate interviews with enthusiasm and proficiency.
  • Assess and appraise candidate skills, extending job offers and managing negotiation processes with tact and diplomacy.
  • Use your organizational skills to manage multiple job openings, keeping all recruitment activities streamlined and efficient.
  • Deliver insightful recruitment reports and stay ahead of the curve with the latest industry trends and talent acquisition practices.
  • Step into strategic HR planning and policy development, championing the company’s overarching goals.
  • Act as a key HR contact point – address employee queries, manage conflict, and foster a congenial workplace atmosphere.
  • Balance your talent acquisition role with essential day-to-day HR tasks, enhancing the comprehensive support you provide.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compliance & Legal Matters- stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are in compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive understanding of recruitment tactics, underscored by at least 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience.
  • Exceptional communicator and interpersonal skills with the capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Dedicated to promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Proficient with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical mindset to discern candidate suitability and a knack for working within complex legal recruitment frameworks.
  • Proactive multitasker that revels in managing numerous job vacancies.
  • Well-versed in HR practices and legislation, applying them judiciously to aid organizational growth and workforce development.
  • Competent in balancing a multitude of tasks with the utmost care and an eye for detail.
  • Bold decision-maker with sound problem-solving acumen.
  • Hold a degree in Human Resources or demonstrate comparable professional experience.

Salary: $65,000 – 70,000
