As our nation continues to take steps to address the coronavirus pandemic, we want to make you aware that Angeion Group’s response is guided by our core priorities, including maintaining exemplary, uninterrupted customer service and ensuring the safety of our Angeion team.

As a nimble organization that skillfully manages technology, we have rapidly implemented our business continuity strategies and will continue to provide seamless and efficient settlement administration support to our clients.

We recognize that one of our critical roles as your trusted partner is to consistently handle the administrative elements of your class action litigation, including class member communications. We recognize that our clients want certainty during this challenging time and want a partner that will not put their settlement or reputation at risk. Rest assured; the innovative, exemplary service you have come to rely on from Angeion will continue to the best of our ability without interruption.

Starting at 9 am on Monday morning March 16th, our team, both domestic and abroad, was up and running remotely. While there are no known cases of COVID-19 amongst Angeion staff, our leadership team took the preventative measure to temporarily close our offices in order to keep our employees and their families safe and healthy. Operationally, you should expect full and complete support, delivered virtually. Many of you are already implementing similar procedures, and Angeion has the appropriate tools and technologies to continue “business as usual.”

As of today (March 17, 2020), the following policies were put in place:

  • All of our employees will be available and responsive for the entire workday, every day.
  • All case-related deliverables and deadlines will be met without exception.
  • The responsive, class member communications you have come to expect from our team will be delivered seamlessly
  • All case websites are fully operational.
  • Lastly, if there are any changes to our operational abilities as a result of matters outside our control, we will proactively update you without delay.

Our ongoing investment in enabling technology, combined with our expert in-house team of IT professionals, has prepared us for trying times like these. Not only does our focus on technology empower our team to provide you exceptional service without interruption, it ensures that all case-related information and data remain continuously available and secure. All case related websites that are relied on so critically during the settlement administration process are fully operational and will remain so.
