    About the position

    The Project Manager is responsible for executing a diverse range of responsibilities including managing all aspects of various cases and being fully responsible for the outcomes of projects. Your success is dependent on building a strategic partnership and becoming aligned with the operations and claims management teams. You will be a key liaison internally across departments and externally with clients and vendors, so it is imperative to always demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Independently manage entire assigned cases
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to a timely update of statuses, deadlines, tasks ownership, etc.
    • Monitor and communicate the status of projects with respect to milestones, schedule commitments
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Review settlement agreements, ensuring a full and deep understanding of the case
    • Inform and educate junior members of the team on all aspects pertaining to specific cases
    • Process, deduplicate, normalize, optimize, and analyze large amounts of data and prepare reports
    • Ensure all claims and incoming correspondence are processed timely and accurately according to settlement agreements
    • Review claims and supporting documentation to determine eligibility of claim
    • Draft and format claim forms, notices and any other required documents
    • Follow adjudication policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claims and or placement in appropriate program
    • Prepare client invoices while monitoring the variable costs of the project
    • Research and respond to notice packet request timely and accurately
    • Resolve problems resulting from claims adjudication
    • Protect claimant personal identifiable information as well as all other confidential information
    • Maintain high level of customer service to clients while positively representing the organization
    • Develop into the role of a subject matter expert to advise and guide team on project best practices
    • Continually work toward strengthening industry knowledge and all relevant applications
    • Communicate regularly and effectively with all colleagues
    • Exhibit a very organized approached and superior attention to details
    • Meet regularly with managers to provide feedback and facilitate communication
    • Adhere to all business processes while performing tasks
    • Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
    • Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors’ degree in business, accounting, finance, or other related field or discipline
    • Project Management Certification preferred but not required
    • Financial, insurance, and legal industry experience
    • Expert excel experience; VLOOKUP; IF functions
    • Strong ability to analyze, model and interpret data
    • Demonstrated track record of accomplishments
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and research skills
    • Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
    • Able to work effectively with diversified individuals of various ethnic backgrounds and professional competencies
    • Project a positive, professional image toward clients, vendors and staff in all interactions and situations
    • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

    The Project Support Associate is responsible for working in an office environment with strong clerical and administrative skill requirements. You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere, be versatile, and adapt to the demanding needs throughout the course of a workday to efficiently address priorities. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software and have a sharp mind focused on problem solving. Additionally, extensive excel experience is helpful along with general data management skills. Responsibilities include addressing high volumes of emails and phone calls, self-managing workload, collaborating with colleagues towards task completion, and demonstrating the highest level of professionalism.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Leads the support of interdepartmental functions including but not limited to:
      • Accounting
      • Ops
      • Admin
    • Responsible for monitoring day-to-day communication with class members for multiple cases as assigned
    • Provides back-up and support for day-to-day communication with class members for cases assigned to others, as needed
    • Independently handles all day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with each assigned case
    • Works effectively with project managers to assist management of escalated class member situations
    • Handles sensitive information and data for special cases concerning secure information, as needed
    • Proactively reviews and understands all documentation associated with each assigned case. Coordinates with the project manager to ensure the proper understanding of the case by all parties involved
    • Assists project managers with the formatting, proofreading, and testing of any documents, websites, and/or email notices associated with a case, as needed
    • Assists with the creation of canned responses, IVR scripts and FAQ documents, as needed
    • Educates and trains members of project support team on case-specific issues, topics, and processes
    • Continually works toward strengthening knowledge of industry and all relevant applications (LP, Law)
    • Communicates regularly and effectively with all colleagues
    • Meets regularly with managers to provide feedback and facilitate communication
    • Adheres to all business processes while performing tasks
    • Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
    • Performing other work-related duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of (2) year of professional experience in a customer service/administrative role
    • Minimum of (1) year of professional of experience in the Business Process Associate position
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills a must
    • Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize tasks
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for details
    • Ability to be flexible to adapt and act quickly when urgent matters require it
    • Display the technical skills necessary to perform all job functions
    • Project a positive, professional image toward clients, vendors and staff in all interactions and situations

    • Provides back-up and support for day-to-day communication with class members for cases assigned to others, as needed
    • Professionally conducts telephone communication with class members, ensuring class members receive timely and accurate information that meets their needs
    • Reviews each assigned email inbox daily, providing satisfactory responses to each class member’s email
    • Works effectively with project managers and/or project support associates to ensure class member situations are resolved in a timely manner
    • Independently handles all day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with each assigned case
    • Handles sensitive information and data for special cases concerning secure information, as needed
    • Proactively reviews and understands all documentation associated with each assigned case
    • Assists with additional administrative tasks, as needed
    • Handles tasks requiring strong attention to detail after completing extensive training; these tasks may include, but are not limited to: claim processing, IVR recordings, etc.
    • Maintain all client, company, and employee information as confidential and share only on a need-to-know basis
    • Continually works toward strengthening knowledge of industry and all relevant applications (Liquid Planner, Law)
    • Communicates regularly and effectively with all colleagues
    • Meets regularly with managers to provide feedback and facilitate communication
    • Adheres to all business processes while performing tasks
    • Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed
    • Performing other work-related duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of (1) year of professional experience in a customer service/administrative role
    • Minimum of (4) months of experience in the Administrative Associate position
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills a must
